The Arumi Moves app was designed as an all-in-one mobile experience for Pilates clients, eliminating the fragmented flow of navigating between multiple web pages to log in, purchase plans, and book classes. The app centralizes everything into a seamless, intuitive platform where users can create an account, browse schedules, book sessions, manage memberships, and access support — all in one place.

Challenge 

The existing website required users to jump through multiple steps just to complete simple actions such as visit the site, find the booking portal, log in separately, navigate a disconnected interface, and manually track reservations. This created friction at every stage of the customer journey, often resulting in drop-offs, missed bookings, and unnecessary support requests.
